Vivian Gallagher is always doing one of two things: teaching or creating. Besides sewing, topics she has taught (and is happy to talk your ear off about) include Shakespeare, the basics of the Korean language, and the differences between using melted or softened butter when baking chocolate chip cookies. As for creating, between her two children under five and her varied hobbies (which include quilting, baking, cross-stitching, 1000+ piece puzzles, home DIY, and cat watching) she has approximately 5,000 unfinished projects at any given moment. Vivian currently teaches phonics and reading skills at the Active Reading Center in Walnut Creek and has an Etsy storefront for her whimsical creations for children at lucygoosemade.etsy.com. |
