Ordering
Orders placed online after 5pm Monday - Friday will process the next business day. Saturday & Sunday orders will process Monday. Most orders ship within 48 hours.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship by USPS Priority Mail, calculated at time of checkout or you may pick up in the store at no charge. Most orders will ship in 2 -3 days. If your order includes large, over-sized, or awkward items we will contact you regarding additional shipping fees.
Returns & Replacements
We will credit or exchange unopened/unused merchandise, in sell-able condition within 14 days of purchase. Store Credit Only. This does not apply to cut fabric, books or patterns. Cut yardage cannot be returned, unless damaged or defective. Sale items and fabric yardage cannot be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books cannot be returned. CLASS INFORMATION
Sending a friend in your place is completely acceptable and encouraged.
For classes cancelled by The Cotton Patch a refund or store credit (your choice) will be issued for the class fee.
