February 2010

Most of you have been happy with our changes. You can still buy zippers and buttons without going to Concord or Berkeley . We have some beautiful Rayons and will be adding more clothing type fabrics. Don't worry though we will always be a quilting store at heart. Sewing machines have been moving really well - Janome and Bernina. Watch for new products and financing available for both types of machine.

Our classes have picked up again! We are so happy to see familiar students as well as new ones. We are working on broadening the types of classes offered. You'll be surprised at some of them.

Once again we have an onsite store at Asilomar. There is still time to sign up for the second week and beyond. Check who is in the lineup by going to www.emptyspoolsseminars.com

The East Bay Heritage Quilters Guild is having their quiltshow April 9th through April 11th at the Oakland Convention Center. This is there primary fund source so they really put on a great show. Having two year between them makes them all the more special. We will have a booth so come by and say "Hello"
