Summertime!
It's hot outside, but inside we have lots of very cool things in the shop.

We're overflowing with new fabrics, including fabulous Halloween prints and beautiful holiday collections, ranging for whimsical to elegant. Now is the time to get the best selection and start you holiday projects.

We have some terrific new books from C & T Publishing. Check out "Lunch Bags!" It features today's hottest designers sharing their sewing savvy with 25 projects, from a simple sandwhich wrap to a sophisticated shoulder bag. "Sock Appeal" is a fun one, loaded with silly sock critters. And the Possibilities designers have come out with a new book, "Christmas with Possibilites" which will bring out your handmade holiday spirit.

We're looking forward to the return of Kaffe Fassett and Brandon Mably this October! They will teach three exciting workshops; Diamonds, Floral Snowball and Tilt (the last two are from his newest book). In addition Kaffe will present his "Simple Shapes, Spectaular Color" lecture, which highlights his work from his latest projects including needlepoint, mosaic, knitting designs and fabric collections.
